Reflexive Workshop 1 & 2

In this selfie I took a photo of myself. Using the research of Inclusivity design, I decided to depict myself as a person with a permanent disability. In the article we familiarize with the idea that not all disabilities are always visible. In this case, I am partially blind. By taking into considersation everyone's constraint, we are able to create accessible products for everyone to use. Inclusivity matters. In this second selfie, I took a screenshot of the photo app, using the hand gesture. This is a good example of creating a feature that can be used for all types of constraints. In this case, we can use this feature in a situation where we are not near the camera, or use it to take a photo not in a typical selfie way, or it can be used for a user with a permanent disability. In the last selfie, I took a photo of my feedback from a project in my other class. We were able to test out our features with our fellow peers and cooworkers. This is a prime example of ensuring inclusivity design as I am taking into account all of people from different background and constraints.

Project 3

Final Project 3 Design

This video is me wearing the 3d and 2d models I have curated for project three. I used my 2d self identity as a platform to showcase my 3d curated objects. These three objects symbolizes my hobbies and what makes me unqiue. Debugging ducky showcases my coding part of my life that shaped me as a computer programmer. The switch showcasing my love for games. And finally a lucky charm which is very special to me as I am very thankful and lucky to be where I am, spiritually I am connected. The 2d object showcasing my extrovert night owl personality showcasing that I am a hardworking person. Strategically placing the 3d object to reflect my eyes and nose and having the 2d object be the founding stepping tool for my 3d object, it designs a perspective where people will will be moving further down when moving closer to the camera. I also added smokey effects to my project to showcase that the 3d object appears more in front from the 2d object.
